Our decentralised, flat corporate structure ensures that our consultants strongly identify themselves with their jobs. New employees quickly learn to accept responsibility. They are also introduced by an experienced consultant, their personal mentor, to the difficulties and successes of a consultant's career. Moreover, they go through a training course which is tailored specifically to their personal goals at our noventum Academy.
