Great Place to Work / Germany's and Europe's Best Employers 2012

In 2012, noventum consulting GmbH was once again elected by its employees as Germany's Best Employer in the business ranking of the renowned Cologne-based Great Place to Work® Institute. Sustainable investments into employee retention and satisfaction are an important component of our business culture.

noventum consulting for the third time Germany's Best Employer

On the evening of March 8, 2012, jointly with other prize recipients, noventum consulting was awarded the coveted Best Employers seal of approval at a festive event at the Grand Hyatt Berlin by Frank Hauser, head of the Great   Place to Work® Institute. Uwe Rotermund, managing director of noventum consulting, additional members of the executive management and some male and female colleagues accepted the coveted prize. Peer Steinbrück, member of the Bundestag Lower House of German Parliament and former Federal Finance Minister, was a guest speaker at the festive event and congratulated the prize winners in person.

For noventum consulting, which in the previous two years already achieved first place, too, this great result is simultaneously reward and challenge.

On the evening of June 19, 2012, noventum consulting received the 3rd prize award in the European competition at a festive event in Berlin, Germany. Managing director Uwe Rotermund accepted the prize jointly with a group of employees.

The results are comprised of a comprehensive anonymous employee survey and a detailed examination of the company culture. The applicants for the title of "Best Employer 2012" had to face tough questions in the areas of respect, believability, fairness, pride and team orientation. A costly analytical process in which the employees were focused on as the most valuable resource of the company. The fact that employee-orientation and success are not mutually exclusive is also proven by the fact that the prize winners of the contest are companies that are more successful than the average.
