Employer attractiveness therefore gains decisive importance. The HR manager who wants to coordinate all measures for controlling employer attractiveness therefore becomes one of the most important “strategists” in the 21st century company. Additionally, what is expected from HR managers in the near future is that they, with the help of integrated HR processes and IT systems, will be technologically and organisationally able to provide optimal support to demanding executives.

Employer attractiveness is decisively characterised by a trust-based business culture. That has been proven by many studies. We, the executive team of noventum consulting have, in the past few years, proven by repeatedly receiving the prize award as “Best Employer of Germany” that we have a good understanding of how to set up a trust-based business culture. Our own comprehensive experiences, an intense exchange of experience with other top companies, as well as a wide variety of project experience at our customers‘ have led to us accepting – since last year – a special task as Great Place to Work® ambassador. It is of particular importance to us to support companies on their path towards a future-oriented business culture. In this, we take after the tried and tested principles of the Great Place to Work® Institute which has dedicated itself to these topics for more than 25 years.

Any substantial change of the business culture is a process that requires openness, commitment and courage. We would like to accompany you in this and make our experience available to you. With our “Corporate Culture Concepts”, we have created different methods of approach to this important topic, e.g.

  • via introductory presentations regarding “Future-oriented Business Culture” in the form of keynotes, dinner speeches, or similar,
  • via workshops regarding the development of a future-oriented business culture, typically with a duration of 1-2 days, where applicable also with a preceding assessment of the business culture,
  • via support in the development of a “Great Place to Work”, independent of whether or not the company intends to participate in the “Best Employer of ...” competition,
  • via support in the concrete application for a positioning as Great Place to Work in the “Best Employer of ...“
    competition,
  • via the development and implementation of an internal communications concept for illustrating the company‘s services for the employees,
  • via organisation of opportunities to meet and exchange experiences for future-oriented managers of different companies.

HR processes and IT systems

With our expertise in the solution and implementation of integrated IT solutions, we support HR managers also in the modernisation of their IT landscape. In this, we take after the following methodology.

In that, the assessment of the optimal support of the specialised requirements is of particular importance. Here, the difference between traditional and modern HR companies is very clear. The spectrum is multi-facetted, as the following graphic illustrates with a simplified presentation of the specialised requirements.
