At the customer, the legally relevant employee files are kept in paper form in the HR department. Due to the volume and slow access to archived files, the introduction of a digital personnel file is being considered.
- New development of a program part for the manual upload of employee documents via drag and drop and autocompletion
- Creation of integrated processes for the verification of this procedure in the dual control principle and further a resubmission procedure
- Relief for HR staff through software-supported work in their daily work with the digital personnel file and seamless integration into existing ways of working through drag and drop control of the new part of the program
