Project management for the creation of the Financial Warehouse, a consolidated key figure and reporting platform for over 400 institutions. The "Management Cockpit" was developed in cooperation with various associations and institutes. Presentation of key figures relevant to management and required for controlling the institution - including comparative values for the Group - in the form of standardized or individually designed reports.

The "Management Cockpit" consolidates all key information in one data pool, the financial warehouse. This includes key figures from the areas of products, costs, customer groups/segments and business areas, as well as risk and return at overall bank level.
