Initial situation
The customer wants to add the function of a digital personnel file to its existing personnel information system and abolish its paper-based personnel file management. For this purpose, he decides on Persis as the new IT system, which has to be introduced in the organization and integrated into the existing IT landscape.
Tasks
- Creation of an ad-hoc data interface between Persis and SAP for the exchange and comparison of more than 12 infotypes, incl. creation of dynamically configurable setting workflows
- Creation and configuration of new input masks with workflow for data release
- Connection to the Acitve Directory of the customer with automatic synchronization of employee master data
- Creation of technical training documents
- Quality testing of the developments and support during customer testing
- Commissioning and support during implementation
