The customer wants to introduce a leading SAP system for the new company as of 01.01.2016 as part of a merger of two IT service providers. The core team consists of approx. 80 people in 8 sub-projects from the business departments and IT.

  • Project management of the project team
  • Conception of all project phases

Customer benefits

  • The system went live on schedule at the turn of the year, and the commercial processes in the areas of accounting, asset accounting, controlling, purchasing and invoicing have been harmonized.
  • The data has been migrated to the target system, and two systems have been linked via ALE for a transition phase lasting several years.
