Merger of the SAP systems of two IT service providers
As part of the merger of two IT service providers, the commercial IT systems have to be merged in order to standardize the areas of accounting and controlling. This also requires alignment of the sales, service and billing processes. A fit-gap analysis is used to determine how the master data, functions and processes can be merged into one system.

- After the fit-gap analysis was carried out and the business blueprint drawn up, the systems were harmonized in line with the plan and put into production. The harmonization of commercial processes in the areas of accounting, asset accounting, controlling, purchasing and invoicing has been completed. The data was successfully migrated to the target system.
